Then the mountains open up as you enter the cool hill country. You stop at the famous Ramboda Waterfall, where fresh air and nature welcome you. Tea fields spread like green carpets all around.

This day is made for nature. You explore the “Little England” town of Nuwara Eliya and visit stunning waterfalls hidden among tea plantations. The weather becomes cooler as you head deeper into the mountains.

Early morning hike at Horton Plains National Park — walk through cloud forests to the dramatic edge of the world at World’s End Viewpoint.
Later, scenic train or vehicle ride to Ella, the most loved hill town in Sri Lanka.
